Mindfulness Counselling

Let’s Be Well mindfulness counselling specialises in a transpersonal approach, meaning beyond the personal and looks at the individual and your relationship with self , other and your home, family, work, social culture/place and community.

As a mindfulness counsellor I am experienced in working with clients 1:1 and in group process who experience anxiety, depression, insomnia, social anxiety, shame based trauma, addictions, PTSD and grief and loss.

1:1 mindfulness counselling sessions are driven by your agenda and needs in the moment. Our focus being on what appears to be most alive for you. Methods are called on intuitively and can be structured, creative, cognitive and somatic.

Lets Be Well Mindfulness Counselling sessions will compassionately and gently mirror to you your relationship with your internal wisdom.

Let’s Be Well counselling works within the context that you are the guru of your own life experience, a phenomenon forever unfolding. However like many others you may need or benefit from external reflection, reframing, support, tools or pathways modelled, mirrored and offered to you to support you. As a mindfulness counsellor my role is to support you along your journey, your individual heroic journey of self determination, confidence and self repect.

We have all been impacted, conditioned and molded by the external world. The impact of this is different for each of us, just as our personal needs and values are unique to each of us.

Amidst the noise, haste and distractions of the mind, the ever changing external world and our interpersonal relations mindfulness counselling can help and support you in reuniting “you” with your core instincts and personal values that support integrative change, transformation and wellbeing.

For some people, counselling acts purely as a support to achieve personal goals to a stage of completion and satisfaction.

Mindfulness Counselling

 

Traditionally counselling sessions run for 60 minutes. A commitment to a minimum of four sixty minute sessions by the client historically has proven to support client integrations and personal fulfilment, satisfaction and completion.

As a therapist, it is my hope that within three months of consistent support with me, you are able to more confidently navigate your life and relationships in a greater autonomous, harmonious and self determining way.

60min- -$128- casual- non commitment session price

Counselling commitment, satisfaction and completion packages are as follows

4 week mindfulness counselling commitment $480

6 week mindfulness counselling commitment $720

8 week mindfulness counselling commitment $960

Face to Face mindfulness counselling sessions are available in Tenterfield in Tenterfield Town Centre.

Mindfulness counselling sessions are also available via Zoom online.
